Alert: Action Required for all GMAIL Users

Google has made security enhancements to their Gmail application with 2-step authentication to protect your accounts from vulnerability and potential hacking (Read More about Google's Authentication Here). This 2-step verification is no longer an option, but required, for Gmail. As a result, there are changes every Gmail user has to complete.

If you're a Gmail user, you must:

    1. Turn on the 2-Step Authentication and set an Application Password within Gmail.
    2. Add the Application Password to your email credentials in the Micro Key products that use your Gmail account.

Products impacted by this new Google safety measure are:

    • Millennium - emailing invoices, receipts, statements, proposals
    • Customer Connect
    • Comm Module
Here are the video instructions on how to complete the steps listed above. If you have any issue performing the updates, our client support team can help. Simply submit a ticket.
