UPDATE 09/27/2022 - With hurricane weather in the area of the headquarters office, and in our continued effort to keep employee safety as a primary concern, Micro Key support will be focused on work stoppage and system outage issues at this time.     Alert: Action Required for all GMAIL Users

    Google has made security enhancements to their Gmail application with 2-step authentication to protect your accounts from vulnerability and potential hacking (Read More about Google's Authentication Here). This 2-step verification is no longer an option, but required, for Gmail. As a result, there are changes every Gmail user has to complete.

     If you're a Gmail user, you must: 

    1. Turn on the 2-Step Authentication and set an Application Password within Gmail.
    2. Add the Application Password to your email credentials in the Micro Key products that use your Gmail account.

    Products impacted by this new Google safety measure are: 

    • Millennium - emailing invoices, receipts, statements, proposals
    • Customer Connect
    • Comm Module
