Customer Connect Field References for Schedules
Customer Connect Schedules can use the below references for each schedule to pull data from the database so that each email sent to a customer can be more personalized with their information that is displayed in MKMS.
Each schedule listed below will have each reference field that can be used in the subject and the body of the schedule for the email that will be generated, and must be entered as listed below (including the percent signs).
Once the customer receives the email, that reference will then display the referenced data from their account in MKMS, allowing emails to appear less generic and pertain more to the customer.
