Web Dealer - Updating subscriber central station record generates error stating "Error Updating Data"

When logged into web dealer and you attempt to update the central station record. An error is generated stating  "Error Updating Data"

Check to make sure that all the required fields like "Date on line" and "Town Code" have a value.

In this case, the Town Code was not populating in web dealer. Thus, when you would attempt to same it would generate the error.

When you check MKMS the town code is set properly.

This issue is that the town codes record has a space at the end of the Town code field.

SOLUTION:

Remove the space and same the town code record. All subscribers assigned to that town code will be updated with the change. Now you will be able to log into Web Dealer and update the records properly.
