Connecting to MKMS on an IOS Device 

Open the app store and search for “Microsoft Remote Desktop”.  You will get the following application: 

 

Once you open the Remote Desktop app, click on the plus button on the top right and select “Add Workspace” 

 

The URL is going to be the address you use when remoting into MKMS with the RDP FileExample “companyname.mkmanaged.com.  Once you type in the full domain it will give you additional information/options. 

 

You can then click on “User Account” option to save a user account profile you can use each time. 

 

Select “Add User Account”.  Once you do you can put your credentials in the box 

 

Typically, your credentials will be your first name and last name in the following format: user1.companynameYour password will be the password you were given when the account was first createdOnce you have added that, you can add a friendly name if you wantIf not, you can click on save at the top. 

 

When you return to the above screen you can select “Next” at the top right and, if everything is correct, it should start loading your profile. 

 

Once it finishes it will load the following: 

 

You can click on MKMS_Start to open the MKMS application.
